By joining the JOINRIGHTNOW.COM you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- In order to enroll and participate, you must be over the age of eighteen (18) years, or over the age of majority if you reside and/or conduct business in states, provinces or countries where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years. You may not participate in the Affiliate Program in any way if you are not of the age of majority in the state, province or country where you reside and/or conduct business.
- The WEBMASTER may not promote any of JoinRightNow.Com programs on sites displaying child pornography, bestiality, hate sites or any other sites displaying illegal material. In such cases, the WEBMASTER’s accounts will be terminated by JOINRIGHTNOW.COM and the payment forfeited.
- Credit card fraud will not be tolerated by JOINRIGHTNOW.COM. Any fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and the WEBMASTERs account will be terminated and blacklisted.
- JOINRIGHTNOW.COM will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware or technical errors.
- The WEBMASTER is responsible for reading and respecting all the conditions. If the conditions are not respected, the WEBMASTER’s account will be terminated and the payment void.
- We do no accept webmasters from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia.
- No spam will be tolerated. Should JOINRIGHTNOW.COM receive complaints due to unsolicited emails sent by the WEBMASTER, he will be added to the JOINRIGHTNOW.COM blacklist and the WEBMASTER’s information will be sent to the appropriate organization's legal department. The WEBMASTER’s accounts will be terminated and payment will be void. This condition applies to, but is not limited to, newsgroups, icq, irc, email, AOL, etc.
- Optin email marketing is permitted however the WEBMASTER shall contact the owners before hand to follow the exact rules.
USE OF CONTENT.
- All pictures and movies provided by JOINRIGHTNOW.COM are owned and copyrighted by JOINRIGHTNOW.COM These pictures and movies are only to be used for promotion of the JOINRIGHTNOW.COM websites. Using the pictures and movies for anything else is a copyright infringement, as prohibited by the International copyright law and is in direct violation of the international rights of the copyright owner. Hosts and webmasters will be fully responsible for any infringement of our content and will be prosecuted.
- If caught, the WEBMASTER's account will be terminated and damages will be brought upon the Webmaster.
CONDITIONS TO THE PROGRAM - Specific to Partnership Program.
- The WEBMASTER is paid 60% of the profits generated on JoinRightNow.Com after the credits, chargebacks and processing fees have been deducted. You will receive 60% of the total sale. Plus 60% of all recurring membership until that member decides to cancel.
- Members of the WEBMASTER's close entourage as well as the WEBMASTER himself or anyone working with or for the WEBMASTER are not authorized to join JoinRightNow.Com site(s) through the his account. If so, this will be considered fraudulent and the account will be TERMINATED.
- The commissions paid for a specific signup by JOINRIGHTNOW.COM will be deducted from the WEBMASTER's account if that signup is identified as a fraudulent transaction.
Specific to Webmaster referral program
- The WEBMASTER cannot refer someone within his own organization or direct family.
- The WEBMASTER cannot refer someone that already has an account in one of our cash programs.
- To be credited the $200 referral, webmasters need to send at least 11 sales. This is done in order to prevent fraud.
PAYMENT
- All payments will be made in US Dollars. There are two payment periods (bi-weekly). Payments are sent by JOINRIGHTNOW.COM within 5 days of the end of a payment period. No payment for less than $100 will be issued. Unpaid earnings are carried to the following payment period. The payments are made by checks or wire transfers. Wire transfers have to be requested by the WEBMASTER.
- JOINRIGHTNOW.COM reserves the right to close ALL the accounts and void the payment of a WEBMASTER caught cheating with one of his account.
- If any or all publicity programs are closed by JoinRightNow.Com, the WEBMASTER will be notified and will be paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the WEBMASTER has cheated by violating these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions can be changed without further notice at any time.
